About Us

Mka Software was established in Izmir-Turkiye in 2005 and has been continuing its R&D activities in Teknopark Izmir (Technology Development Zone) located on the campus of the İzmir Institute of Technology since 2008.

It has developed the design of steel structures (MkaPEB), plant and quality management (Mergen) software for steel structure manufacturers.

MkaPEB focuses on economic solutions for single storey steel structures. For this type of structures, a software that quickly models, calculates the loads acting on the structure, designs the bar elements and joints, and at the same time models the structure in 3D and obtains 2D technical drawings from this model is targeted. MkaPEB is the product of 20 years of effort and experience.

Mergen is another one of our challenges. The steel structure manufacturing factory does not produce thousands of the same product like a refrigerator factory. Boutique, personalised manufacturing is made. Today, these factories are required to provide minimum quality with standards such as EN-1090-2, AISC-207 for steel structure manufacturing.

When quality is involved, ISO-9001 quality management system, OHSAS-18001 occupational health and safety management systems have become the certificates to be obtained. Mergen is a software that has been worked on for 6 years for this purpose. Information about Mergen will be shared on our website in the near future.
