MkaPEB-AI is a disruptive technology that fundamentally alters the economic calculus of building design. By leveraging artificial intelligence to generate hyper-optimized structural solutions, it enables steel buildings to achieve a total cost that meets or undercuts precast alternatives. This cost parity—or superiority—is the key to unlocking a paradigm shift, allowing steel to compete for the entire spectrum of projects and access a market 20 times larger.
